100km to go! Deffo struggled with all the public holidays but remembering the WHY!

Sore legs but pushing through!

I deffo don’t want to get out of bed this morning but I know as soon as I start moving the stiffness will loosen up. It’s been a tough week in my headspace after losing a friend - he has been having a rough time for years. it’s given me the push to remember why I’m doing this.

Smashing start!

3 decent walks and a bike ride. Plus a 10 hour day at work. Can’t complain! We are doing this for mental health and my stress app states I was at my happiest and lowest stress levels mid walk so what does that tell us all! Get out more :)

And then there was 13!!!

Our Dream Team is just growing and growing.
With only 3 days to go we got our 13th Member join.
It was a busy week for recruiting, our Youngest Member Molly (15) managed to get 4 sign ups in 1 day.
2 of them pushing extra hard for 1000KM each!!!! ....and we thought 500KM was pushing.
Can't wait to see them succeed. Hopefully their hard work and determination will get lots of funds raised for this amazing cause. Good luck team, get your rest this week, you're going to need it :)

This April, we taking on the MATES Big Lap 2025—running, walking, swimming, and cycling our way through the challenge all April. It’s not just about pushing ourselves physically, but about taking a stand for suicide prevention in our industry.

Every step, every lap, and every drop of sweat is about raising awareness and making sure no one struggles in silence. Every dollar raised helps MATES continue their life-saving work, supporting workers and their families across all worksites and industries.
