This April, I’m taking on the MATES Big Lap 2025—running, walking, swimming, my way through the challenge all April Including hiking through "Hang Ba Deep Jungle Expedition in the caves of central Vietnam  

Every step, every lap, and every drop of sweat is about raising awareness and making sure no one struggles in silence. Every dollar raised helps MATES continue their life-saving work, supporting workers and their families across all worksites and industries.
